  1. What are your hours of operation?​
    Monday-Friday:  
    8am-5pm

    Saturday & Sundays and after 5pm during the week:
    Availability by request

    Emails, texts and phone calls:
    8am-5pm everyday 


     

  2. What regions do you service?
    Penticton, Naramata, Trout Creek and Summerland.


     

  3. What language do you work in?
    English.


     

  4. Do you have experience working with clients living with Alzheimer’s & Dementia? ​
    Be comfortable in knowing our caregivers are experienced in helping with age-related struggles.


     

  5. What kind of case management do you provide?​
    We provide continued assessment: we are there for everyday changing needs whether it is  physical or emotional. A daily journal is kept to record cognitive and physical monitoring to keep you up to date.


     

  6. Are regular updates provided to family or loved ones?​
    We continually provide regular emails with updates communicating milestones or challenges. We also take photos of outings with your loved one so you can feel included and be a part of it. Doctors appointments will be transcribed upon request.


     

  7. Do you provide nutrition and wellness support?​
    We will help with everyday healthy meal planning and dietary needs.


     

  8. What personal services do you provide?​
    Our Goal is to meet all your different needs with supportive services to help you remain independent in your home.
